How I got involved in the business
Hello. I am Dwaine and I have been interested in real estate
investing for many years. My goal is to have a steady
income stream coming in from the purchase of income
properties. My past careers have been in manufacturing
and IT. I am presently working as a computer operator in
Minneapolis, Minnesota. I am from Lexington, Ky originally
where I worked for IBM for 25 years. I became interested in
real estate investing in 1985 after watching an infomercial.
I was excited about the idea of working for myself because
it was very clear that I wouldn't become rich working for
someone else.
